Cleaning Two-Layer Acrylic Parts

What is Engraving Dust?
Laser cutting creates a layer of dust which is not cleaned on the cutting floor.
First gently wipe the individual parts with a clean cloth dipped in some alcohol. This will remove the excess dust created during engraving. Two layer is the only acrylic that completely withstands the alcohol test. **No cracking, fracturing or splitting occurs when you clean two-layer acrylic with alcohol.** 
Wax gives two layer acrylic a higher contrast and shines up the bottom layer. It will never be glossy like regular acrylic, but it will have a soft sheen. We recommend a finishing wood wax like Howard Feed -N- Wax.
